Unable to Back-Up

    I have been a quicken user for 12 years. Every since the Quicken subscription updated this morning, I can not back up, I can not access "file options". I have rebooted and still no luck. Not sure how I am feeling about this, I never had any issues while I used cd 2017 version. Now I upgrade and what a mess.
