online bills to send?

When I try to exit the program, I get a pop up window telling me I have online bills to send. However, I don't have any. Everything has been sent already. I can't get rid of this. window.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Sometimes it does that that payments haven't been but they really have. Does it give you the payments that say they haven't been sent? If so I would recommend trying to search your register for the payments. If you're able to find them I recommend trying to delete them and readding them manually after deleting them.

    If this isn't the case could you send a screenshot of the message and we'll see what troubleshooting steps we can try next. Give us an update when you have the chance!
