Having issues with Voya Retirement connection

Last week I chatted with support and they were working on an issue of connecting. That appears to be working better (not getting the error message) but now it's not downloading the transactions. Message said that it downloaded 45 transactions but I'm not seeing them anywhere. Quotes are also not updating

    Hi @TomS,

    On the other thread about Voya, it seems like a lot of users reported their downloads started working, as they should, beginning yesterday.

    If you are using One Step Update to connect to Voya, I suggest that you try updating only Voya from "Update Now" from the Voya account register.

    I downloaded the latest version as well. I'm unable to 'Update Now' from within my Voya account as it's grayed out.

    I went into Online Center and it updated correctly there.
