Creating Quicken Transfer Format

How do I find more information about the QFX file format?

QFX is almost identical to OFX.  I suggest you start by reviewing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QFX_(file_format)

Please note that  In Quicken you will see references to "Quicken Transfer Format"  This has the type of .QXF.  This format is a binary format that was created to export/import a whole data file.  And there is "Quicken Web Connect".  This has the type of .QFX and is used to import transactions into Quicken from financial institution and as @Sherlock indicated is almost identical to OFX.

If your goal is to create/read "Quicken Transfer Format"/.QXF files, no one can tell you how to do that.
