Quotes not updating through OSU

Quotes are not updating during the day using OSU. Have to go to Security Detail and choose update. Why?

Use Ctrl+U -> Update as a workaround.Signature:

What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

Version R27.28, Build 27.1.27.28
When using OSU, it reverts to previous day's quotes, even if I've already updated to current prices using Security Detail. Thanks for any help.0 -
