    Like Ernie, I'm getting OL-297-A for all my banking institutions today. Here's a bit of a timeline:

    1) Early last week, no errors downloading data from a laundry list of financial institutions, with the exception of two that have not downloaded for some time (for legitimate reasons - just haven't had time to resolve.
    2) Windows 10 updates and Quicken Updates were applied late last week.
    3) As late as Friday I had no problems accessing financial institutions other than the two mentioned above. At some point I started getting OL-293-A errors on my Schwab accounts.
    4) As of fairly late last night I was still able to access all accept the Schwab accounts mentioned above.
    5) The system was on overnight. This morning, the scheduled updates failed, and subsequent attempts to connect have also failed as follows:

    American Express
    Bank of America - All other
    Schwab (my late wife's account - prior to this I was simply blocked)
    Citi Cards

    Home Depot
    Optum Bank

    I'm running a Quicken via subscription; all updates I've been notified of have been applied (as of late this past week).

    I'm trying to get my taxes done and this is a serious holdup. Where do we go from here?????

    I'm also receiving OL-297-A errors for my financial institutions (Schwab and JP Morgan). Started occurring on Saturday, July 11th.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to review the steps and information available here.

    If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, you will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue.

    Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you to ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution.

    If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.
