Citizens Bank Credit card does not download the correct online balance

After accepting downloaded transactions, the account will not correctly Reconcile. All new cleared transactions are not added to the online total balance. I need to wait 1 day to get the new transactions to reconcile ( when the online balance has been updated). What I now do is reconcile without accepting today's downloads (which makes balance=0). I then clean today's transactions and wait until tomorrow to reconcile these transactions, when the online balance is now correct.
