Why doesn't new downloaded transactions appear in my account download register?

My One Step Download summary says I have new transactions to review in my Bank of America Checking account, however they do not appear in the Account download register?

UKR, Don't know why I didn't see that when I searched, but thanks for the quick reply. Yes, there was apparently transactions stuck in the background, and after going through the whole process, I believe the issue is solved.
