I am getting an error with quickpay. The error is: I am gettng an error: The payment cannot be made.

I am getting an error with quickpay. The error is: I am gettng an error: The payment cannot be made because the bill is on auto-pay at the biller website. I have automatic payments set up to make sure I do not miss a payment accidentally. Now the only thing I can think of to do is enter a new check pay payee. Any suggestion.

    Quick Pay uses the biller's payment processing system to make payments.  If the biller's system won't let you make a payment because you have auto payment set up then you would likely need to remove the auto payment to use Quick Pay.  Is there a reason you want to pay without using the biller's automatic payment processing?
