Problems Installing Update (Edited Readability)

Bought a new Quicken product (BECAUSE OF EXPIRED SUBSCRIPTION). Installed it from the CD. Open Quicken. Need to log into Quicken account. But I cannot log into the Quicken account, getting a message saying the account is temporarily locked.

Try to create new account. That doesn't work.

EVERY FREAKING time I update Quicken, there is some impossible to find an answer to the issues with Quicken. And of course, it is a weekend and Quicken support is not around to help.

Try to download the US Mondo Patch Update (329.91MB). Three times after five minutes of download time, it stopped before completing the download, displaying a Failure message.
