Last update, Quicken says I need to renew.

After the last update a couple days ago, quick either (1) asks me for my login and password to this Quicken site - or tries to because the wheel keeps spinning. I close out by using the "X" in the upper, right-hand corner. OR.. (2) when I close Quicken, it won't let me sync my accounts because it says I have to renew. I renewed in April. So I click "renew" anyway. It tells me I can't renew because my subscription is active (or something like that). Anyone have a suggestion as to what is wrong with my account? Thanks.
