Went through the procedure listed for other financial institutions - deactivated account and reactivated without success. Still have circle with line through it next to account and transactions still will not download.

Hi @sbbryan,
Yes, that's an error code that should be corrected with deactivating and reactivating.
Did you actually try starting from scratch with the online account setup (not just deactivate/reactivate buttons, but clearing the FI name and account numbers, closing out Quicken and then restarting and setting up the connection with the "Activate One Step Update", screen. If not you should try that.
Otherwise, I would suggest that you contact Quicken Support - here's the LINK
Keep in mind that they are closed over the weekend.
Good luck.

Hi @sbbryan,
I assume that by "procedure" you took the steps outlined here (LINK).
So, just double checking...- Did you make sure that there were no hidden accounts that needed to be deactivated?
- What were the results of the validation process?
- Did you close out of Quicken and restart after the validation step?

Yes, I deactivated the Elan Financial account and there were no hidden accounts that needed to be deactivated and no other account that have this error. Did validate and super-validate with no errors.
Did restart Quicken after validation and before activating account again.
Still get error message listing CC-800 error an circle with line thru it next to Elan Financial account on my start screen.0 -
Hi again @sbbryan,
Okay - is it a circle with a forward slash (/) or a circle with a backslash (\)?
