Getting Error CC-800 with Elan Financial

Went through the procedure listed for other financial institutions - deactivated account and reactivated without success. Still have circle with line through it next to account and transactions still will not download.

    Hi @sbbryan,

I assume that by "procedure" you took the steps outlined here (LINK).

    So, just double checking...
    • Did you make sure that there were no hidden accounts that needed to be deactivated?
    • What were the results of the validation process?
    • Did you close out of Quicken and restart after the validation step?
    Frank

Yes, I deactivated the Elan Financial account and there were no hidden accounts that needed to be deactivated and no other account that have this error. Did validate and super-validate with no errors.
Did restart Quicken after validation and before activating account again.
Still get error message listing CC-800 error an circle with line thru it next to Elan Financial account on my start screen.

    Hi again @sbbryan,

Okay - is it a circle with a forward slash (/) or a circle with a backslash (\)?

    Frankx,
A circle with a backwards slash (\). Have included screen shot of that and error message when I do one step update..

    Nope - that didn't help.
    Thanks for trying.
