I set up Quicken Bill pay with TruGreen, The bill never updates - Can't pay.
Is anyone else having this problem? There is an error message when I try to manually update the bill -- something about Microsoft Asure and "forbidden".. When I set the bill up, Quicken said it was successful (on-line biller). It looks to me like an incompatibility between a microsoft tool being used by Quicken and the biller.
