Quicken web transactions wont sync to quicken desktop

Added transactions in web wont transfer to desktop. They will sync from desktop to web fine.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to review the steps and information available here.

    Specifically the steps under the section "I am Missing Transactions on the Mobile App."

    While you have stated you are using the Web app, the steps and syncing process is the same across the mobile and web app and the steps still apply.

    Please let me know how ti goes!

  • Already tried all this. Also deleted and installed the account. Same result.
