toolbar fails to start (display) sometime on startup

every once and a while, the toolbar fails to start (display) on program startup. I must then go to View and click Show Toolbar.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    Thanks, but the easiest thing for me to do is just re-select "Show Toolbar" from the View menu
