One Step Update

I am trying to do my one step update and getting prompted for my quicken user ID and password. Everytime I enter the correct information, keep getting the "Oops! Something went wrong" error. Seems like there is something going wrong over at Quicken as their website isn't working either. Anyone know what's the problem this morning (8/11/20)?

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That's a bit odd. Are you not asked to put in your vault password as well? Normally the quicken user ID doesn't pop up at this point in the OSU. In any case lets see if we're able to fix it by signing in and out of quicken.

    1. Across the top select Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    2. On the right you'll see Sign in as a different user. Type Yes to confirm signout.
    3. Sign back in using your quicken ID and password. 

    Once you do this ideally we won't be getting the sign in box anymore and instead you'll be able to continue with the OSU as you normally would. 

    Try it out and let us know how it goes!
