RESOLVED 8/21/20: EWC connected accounts returning an OL-1-B error

Quicken_NatalieQuicken_Natalie Moderator mod
We are receiving reports that some Quicken for Windows Users are receiving an OL-1-B error on EWC connected accounts when performing a One Step Update in Quicken.

This is not bank-specific and we are aware of the issue and working to implement a fix as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here are some steps to try as a workaround:
  1. First, attempt to run One Step Update again.
  2. If you still receive the error, next, attempt to update the account(s) one at a time by selecting "Update Now" from the gear icon of each affected account.
  3. If following these steps do not resolve the issue, please next sign out and back into Quicken by selecting Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts>Sign in as a different user. You will type "yes", select "Sign Out", and then sign back in and re-open your Quicken data file.
We have also received a test build that includes a fix for the persistent OL-1-B errors. If you are interested in testing this fix, please see the information available here

If you would like to be automatically notified of any updates regarding this issue, please "bookmark" this Alert by clicking the yellow star in the upper right corner.

Thank you!
