One step update does not respond on online services. Quicken crashes after serveral minutes

Since last Friday August 7 whenever I do a one step update and it gets to online services updating your data (tags, categories, preferences) the program does quits responding and crashes after several minutes.

  • I have the same problem. Was on phone with customer service for 2 hours and no resolution. Looks like refund time for me. What ashamed. I have always head Quicken was a leader. I have had it 2 weeks and sorely disappointed. Unfortunatley, I do not get paid to debug their system.

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.

    This somewhat worked, but the update a week later pretty much fixed the issue.
