Can't remove Capital One as a biller from within Bill Manager
This may be related to the long standing issue with Capital One "Users Unable to Add Capital One eBills/Online Billers", but when I go to the Bill Manager page there's a message that I have to resolve the following error before I can finish the upgrade or add new billers. The following message is next to Capital One, "Quicken does not support this biller for now, or biller information is not valid. Please remove this biller." I have used the "remove" button repeatedly. The first time it showed the account but after being 'removed' the error remains. All the following attempts show a blank screen under the "are you sure...?" heading. After confirming, the message "Capital One account was successfully removed." shows up - except the error is still there. Any advice or suggestions?

Thank you very much JRFaris! That at least got me out of the loop. I had already validated the file earlier, to no effect. But "super validate" was a new trick. Seems like the only relevant fix was: "Reset migration status for online bill."
The Bill Manager page is now back to what looks like the initial setup. Capital One still shows as not working (the 'Try Again' button is there). But presumably I can work around it now.
