Does Quicken Bill Manager have a direct online Web interface

I have been able to use Quicken BillPay thru a dedicated web interface for years, does Quicken Bill Manager have any external interface to the service without having to fire up quicken to pay a bill (like at work where I cannot install the software)?

You are correct that the QBM is fully integrated into the Quicken software. There is no external website to access/trigger Quick Pays or Check Pays at this time. 

Perhaps you will submit your idea to the Product Development team for consideration?
