Can't enable checking account with new bill manager

I've added two online bills and then go to enable a checking account in bill manager. It keeps saying they can't add the account. The two online bills don't have an amount as they are waiting for next bill. Why can't I add an account? I'm tired of trying. So many problems with this new bill manager. Hate it.

    I added a online bill and got confirmation that it was added. It says "waiting for next bill". Then I go to enable the checking account, put in the information, and it still says "unable to add account". What now?

    I might add that Quicken should be ashamed of itself offering such a sub standard replacement for paying bills. I've been a Quicken user for over 20 years and feel outraged as things should become more automated, Quicken has decided to make it too hard and too restrictive. Such a shame.

    And buggy! No user should have to worry about bills being paid on time because of software issues.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    I already did a chat with support for 25 minutes and the guy was totally unhelpful. Had no idea what to do. I guess I'll have to go wait on the phone and have someone share my screen. Such a huge pain.
