I have not been able to download quotes either. However, Quicken states that all quotes were downloaded successfully. Strange, since the "price day change" fields are all blank.
Mutual fund quotes still not downloading to Quicken at 8:41pm EDST, however mutula fund quotes in brokerage accounts are current.

It's happening on way more than Fidelity & Vanguard - happening on T Rowe, Homestead small Company, Nicholas Equity Income, Dodge & Cox, Primecap Odyssey Growth, etc
As of 9:20 pm MDT, it appears Quicken fixed this problem - at least for Fidelity and Vanguard funds. Maybe they pay attention to this section?
In any case, good response by Quicken. When this happened in the past with Intuit, sometimes the problem lasted for days - and at least once, had to be corrected with manual entry of closing prices.

I reported this yesterday and it was resolved (for my funds, anyway) around 10PM ET last night. Seems to be recurring this evening, normally all my Mutual Fund quotes are in by now, but nothing so far. Seems like something has changed in the quotes functionality.
Looks like they will be trickling in late again tonite. By this time (6:35 PM EDT) I usually have 95% or more of MF quotes. I currently have about 15%. And btw, I'm still on R27.42, so its likely not R28 release related.
The last time I was able to download mutual fund prices was on Friday August 14. Tried on Monday without success and again today (August 18) at 7:10 PM EST and still no luck. Stock indexes download without a problem.

I'm using Quicken for Windows subscription. This used to happen too frequently under Intuit.
Quicken needs to keep this from happening with expensive paid subscriptions.
