When I go to pay bills I receive a message that I have to enter a password.

Password is correct in the password vault.

    If you give us some additional information, it will help us to help you...

    Please let us know what versions and builds of both Quicken and Windows you're using.

    Also, which method do you use to "pay bills" in Quicken?  Options include using your bank's bill pay program, using Quicken "Bill Pay" (which expires soon), or Quicken Bill Manager (Quicken Bill Pay's replacement).

    Let us also know what error messages you receive when trying to pay bills.
