Update R28.18 build 27.1.28.18 data file issue

This latest 2020 update gives a warning about using non-local quicken database files. I have a Windows 10 laptop which has the Quicken datasets "joined" from local workstation on my network to my laptop. If I perform the sync from laptop to network workstation, it completely hoses the Quicken web dataset. This has worked fine for me over the past year and a half. Why did you do this? I wasn't hosed before and now you deliberately hose the web on sync.
