Current bill amount is wrong

I am working on Quicken Windows Home and Business Subscription 2020 R28.18, 27.1.28.18
The total amounts due in Bill Manager under Current Bill is completely wrong by triple on my two Citibank credit cards which I verified by logging onto my Citibank web portal.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    I need a few more details to help me better understand what could be happening.

    Is the amount that you are being shown the total amount due for the credit card when you are expecting the minimum payment due?

    If not, what amount is tripled? The minimum or the total amount?

    it was the total amount, i never pay attention to the minimum amounts, and it was approximately tripled, not exactly tripled.

    Thank you for the response, are you still experiencing this issue?

    If so, may I ask that you navigate to the bills and income tab and select the gear and choose "Validate Online Billers."

    Does this step either, correct the issue or return an error message?
