Getting OL-301-A Errors with Edward Jones --Unmapped BID

Hi all....I'm getting consistent errors trying to connect to Edward Jones this morning.

    Concur, I got same results, I'm just going to wait until tomorrow before getting too excited.

    I was online with Edward Jones tech support for QL-301a problem when they received a report from Quicken support. Edward Jones tech then told me that it was an Edward Jones problem and had escalated the problem. She then told me they had no work around at this time and doesn't know when it will be fixed.

    Slick1948 ==> I've also escalated the problem through my EJ account manager to EJ Online Support.

    Same problem today, not yesterday. I'll give it 24-48 hours to see what happens

    Concur with @Art Masson, it worked for me.  There was nothing to be downloaded, but I did not get an error as earlier today.
