Foreign accounts wrong on Quicken Mobile/Web

BJL
Mac Beta Beta
I have 2 foreign currency accounts (1 each savings and checking) and while they display and sum as the US$ equivalents on Quicken Desktop for MAC, in Quicken Web and Quicken Mobile it shows them as US$'s (but not the equivalents) so the sums don't agree. For example if I have a Hong Kong $ account with HK$23,922.54 as my balance on Quicken desktop it will show that balance in the register and properly shows it as US#$3,086.70 on the sidebar (US$ at prevalent rate equivalent). and it sums therefore correctly in my total banking group. However, in Quicken Mobile and Web, it reflects and sums it as US$23,922.54. Quicken has had this issue for quite some time.

What is happening is that there isn't any multiple currency support in Quicken Mobile/Web.
In fact in Quicken Window US it will block even trying to sync an account with a non US currency.
And the same is true of Quicken Windows Canadian. It has a different site for Quicken Mobile/Web and it only supports the Canadian dollar.
Quicken Mac on the other hand has never had any real multiple currency support, it just allows the user to change the currency sign, and as such when it syncs to the the Quicken Cloud account it doesn't try to block based on currency, and the result is what you see.Signature:

Thanks for the reply but that is not the case. On the Mac Desktop app if I click in setting I can choose the currency and then while the register entries are in the local currency the sidebar summaries are converted to US$ where Quicken is apparently checking the rate.0

Since I'm not a Mac user I might be wrong about the exact state of multiple currency support in Quicken Mac (everything I have read on this forum suggests that is still severely lacking), but what I said about Quicken Mobile/Web is still true.
Quicken Mac syncing non USD accounts to the Quicken Mobile/Web is a mistake since there isn't any support for it and as such gives people the wrong impression.
It isn't supported, yet, if every, it has been requested to have multiple currency support since Quicken Mobile was created in 2013.Signature:

If you like you can vote for the current suggestion to support multiple currencies.
