Error with Bank of America: CC-501

I've been getting this error for 2 or 3 mornings now.  One of the 2 accounts is a checking account and the other is a credit card account.  As she has for years, my wife downloads only one of the accounts - the credit card, which is a joint account - on her own computer.  No CC-501 error for her.



Quicken for Windows subscription.  Quicken user since 1990.

    If you are experiencing a CC-501, this error will require contact to support to review of the log files and possible escalation to resolve if the error does not resolve itself.
