Missing Investments and Sync Errors

    I installed the update on iphone 8-22-20, app opens on phone but there are no investment items. Also when I tried to update from the Quicken desktop I got a large group of errors.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post the results of the recent update.

    If you haven't done so already, I would start by resetting the cloud

     1.  Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts

        2.  Click the link to “Reset your cloud data”

    Please let me know if the errors persist after this step.

    It sounds as though there was a crash, did this occur on the mobile app or the desktop?

    Were you able to complete the step of resetting the cloud or did this occur upon opening the program?
