Bill Manager Not working, all kinds of problems - Here is how to fix it - SOLVED!

Bill Manager was giving me all sort of problems, nothing was working. Finally seems to be working. Not sure if Quicken fixed something on their end but here is what I did.

First, hit the Update symbol - top right. Suddenly some bills that were not working appeared. I have done this before, now it seems to be working.

Second - If you have old bills that were pre-populated during a software update (many months back), delete them out of Bill Manager. These seem to confuse it. I could not get Wells Fargo (and others) working until I deleted the one that the software automatically transferred over for me. Once that it was deleted, I started fresh and it works.
