RESOLVED 8/28/20 Chase Returns OL-294/HTTP-504 errors

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving an OL-294/"HTTP-504  error when attempting to add/update accounts using the Direct Connect method.

If this error is received, please follow the troubleshooting steps available here.

If errors persist, please allow up to 48 hours before attempting to add/update accounts once more, or alternatively consider temporarily switching to the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.  Steps to do so are available here.

    This issue has been resolved and Users should no longer receive an error when attempting to add/update Chase accounts using the Direct Connect connection method.
