Check Pay payees dialog is too narrow and not resizable

When you enter a new Check Pay payment in the register (i.e. selecting "Pay" in the "Check #" column), Quicken pops up a dialog listing the available payees. This dialog is fairly narrow and cannot be resized. Only the first 24 characters of the payees is visible.
In my example this width is too narrow to distinguish between some of the payees - see "Calusa Bay HOA" entries in the *attached image*.
I propose that the dialog be modified to allow it to be resized.
It is worth noting that this inability to resize dialogs and windows is present elsewhere in Quicken. It would be a nice enhancement to scrub the entire UI for such occurrences and add resizability.
