RESOLVED 8/31/20 Quicken ID Sign-In Prompt

We are investigating reports of Users receiving a prompt to sign into the Quicken ID after installing the R28.23 release.  Some Users may also experience a "loop" where once they've signed in, the prompt to sign-in reappears multiple times.

A ticket has been opened with our Teams to further investigate this behavior, in the meantime we recommend signing out of the Quicken ID and signing back in (Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different User).

If there is a data file password assigned, we recommend temporarily removing the data file password (File >  Set Password for this data file) to prevent the sign-in loop from occurring.

    This issue has been resolved with the latest R28.24 release, now available.

    If you have not yet installed this release, it is available to download directly in Quicken (Help > Check for Updates) or by downloading and installing the Mondo Patch, available here.
