Unable to add Amazon Store card to Online Billers

When trying to add Amazon store card I keep getting a message that my account is locked. It is NOT locked. See attached.

    If you haven't done so already, please take a moment to navigate to Help > Report Problem to report this biller issue to our development team for research.

    I have taken the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile for Amazon and have reported this biller.

    Please allow 48 hours before attempting to update again, please let me know if you still do not receive a code after doing so.

    I am still having the same issue, and now there are 3 amazon online billers with the same error, and I can't delete any of them. It says they can't be in an error state to delete them...😕

    And I did submit an error report

    I am having the same issue with State Farm. I submitted a report as well.
