This is also happening to me but my AMEX account is functioning as it should (i.e., charges increase the balance and payments reduce the balance. But my Visa account is somehow working in reverse i.e., charges decrease the balance and payments increase the balance. I've gone back several years to insure charges and payments were correctly entered.
This is driving me nuts.0 -

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Left column is charges, which should increase the balance (right column). Middle column is payments, which should decrease the balance. But the reverse is happening.0 -

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you were unable to include a picture.
If you do not see the toolbar, you may drag and drop the picture into the comment box and that will include the image.
