Same error here on 2 Chase credit card accounts. @Sherlock I don't see where on Chase's website to setup Direct Connect instead of Express Web Connect. Has anyone tried upgrading to this?
Chase charges for direct connect so I've not sign up and don't care to. I could deactivate online and then activate it again and reset up everything but it is such a hassle. Also the help page says not to do this when encountering cc-502 errors so I've held off. I've been checking all day without luck. Hoping this will resolve itself by tomorrow. if not, I guess I'll have to call support. I tried chat today and they were of no help. Just told me to use the update now function which I've done. I've also tried to reset account (not deactivate). When trying to reset, I get a failure error saying it can't communicate with the bank. I'm thinking there is some kind of connection issue with case and nothing wrong with my files. What is everyone else experiencing?
