Old Quicken Deluxe Disks

Hi, I am in the midst of trying to help a family with budgeting. I myself have been using Quicken Deluxe for years and currently have a subscription to the 2020 version. I also still have old installation disks for Quicken Deluxe 2014 and 2017. Would I be able to install one (or both) of these onto any computer, and create a new file to (offline) manually demonstrate how a program like Quicken works? Thanks for any advice....

it should work; I do not see any reason why it wouldn't.

why not just set up a new file in Quicken 2020 if you are just going to demonstrate how it works? it's not going to effect your current file.  I run three different files for different family members and you are doing the same thing. it doesn't cost.

If they are merely looking at simple budgeting, you might also consider other paths....
like the Quicken web based product, or "other" budgeting web based products.
