Quicken Transaction Details

I have noticed within the last few months that the transactions that I have memorized have lost their details and I have had to re-enter them when I use one of them again (i.e. for my Grocery store transaction, when I use it to enter a new transaction and go to "split" the payment, there is nothing in there so I have to re-enter the Groceries category and State Sales tax category). Once I do this it is fine. This presents a problem if I run a report and details are missing.
