columns in Memorized Payee List

I want to delete some of the columns in the Memorized Payee list....how do I do this

    In the Options you can select if you want to show the lock and calendar status columns.  Other than that you can't change what columns are shown.
    (I'm using the latest Quicken subscription version)

    where is the "options" and don't understand "lock and calendar status" can you provide more detailed information

    Tools -> Memorized Pay list (or Ctrl+T)

    I still don't understand. What does it mean? If I check the box "show on", that means nothing to me. Where does it show? Why does this matter? I don't know if I should select this box or not unless I understand exactly what this means.

    The box means do you want it to Show in the Calendar
