Not from Quicken, but yes from certain Banks. You need to do your research and inquire from Banks like PNC Bank and Chase Bank for example.

NOTE that those "certain banks" will, frequently, call THEIR charge for which THEY receive the money a "Quicken download fee" ... of something similar that makes it look like Q is charging the fee.THERE IS NO FEE, from Quicken, for downloading from your banks/cards/brokerages/etc.Q user since DOS version 5
