Having problems with Update R28.23 and R28.24

When Quicken has tried to update the past couple of weeks, I keep getting this message..
The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w5986\base\ScreenShare\cefscreenshare.exe' because it is being used by another process.
I am running Update R28.18 but haven't been able to install R28.23 or R28.24
Any suggestions? I am running Windows 10

You could try downloading/installing the Mondo patches manually.
https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
If that doesn't work, you can use QCleanUI to remove Quicken and then reinstall.

Yes, I have tried restarting computer. Also, I have tried "manually" installing updated through toolbar instead of auto update when Quicken loads. No luck so far. Have tried several times.0
