Unable to select ask a question category

I just signed up and would like to ask a question about Registers & Transactions. The category drop down only lets me select the categories, "Questions about using the community" and, "The water cooler".

Everything else is greyed out

    Hi Sherlock,

    I am aware of how to ask questions, my issue is regarding selecting the category to which my question belongs.

    On the Ask A Question page:
    https://community.quicken.com/post/question

    Upon selecting a category from the drop down menu, I am unable to select the 'Registers & Transactions' because it is greyed out.

    Everything is greyed out.

    The only categories available are: 'Questions about using the community' and 'The water cooler'.

    Is there anyway to fix this?
