I am currently using Quicken 2014. It won't download financial info from my banks. I want to upgrade to a version that will do that.

Quicken Subscription or Quicken 2020, is the only Quicken Version that can accept downloads from the Bank.
However, if you choose to let your Subscription expired, Quicken 2016 or Quicken 2017 versions with Mondo Patches downloaded from: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html can work with Quicken Subscription Data Files without the ADS from Quicken Subscription program.
