When I enter a transaction in Mobile, it does not synch to the desktop. What is wrong?

When I enter a transaction in any account in Mobile, it will not synch to the desktop. However, when I enter the transaction on the desktop, it will synch to Mobile successfully. I am not receiving any error messages. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? This had been working until a few days ago.

  • Problem resolved.

    I found the error log on a bad transaction. I disconnected that account so it would not synch and then I reconnected the account and synched. Everything is working again.
