Company Specific "add a security" problem

Having a problem that seems to be specific to a security. This is for a manually updated account, there is no download/ accountlink. I already have a security set up from a prior purchase that I still own LRBDK (Linerty Broadband Series C). I am trying to add a new transaction with Liberty Broadband Series A (LBRDA) and it goes through the the security download process but then the secuirty is not there when I trying to complete my buy transaction. Just keeps looping into add security, download, try to complete transaction, repeat.

Any suggestions?

In your security list (CTRL-Y) try showing Hidden securities and then clicking on the SYMBOL column header to see if LRBDA is already there.  If so,  simply UNhide it.

Thanks for the quick reply @NotACPA. Not in my security list (no hidden securities at all).

    Just to clarify....
Can you look at your posting and the names and tickers - for typos -
Liberty Broadband Corporation's Series A common stock (LBRDA),
    Series B common stock (LBRDB)
and Series C common stock (LBRDK)?

WOW.... just added both tickers via the Add Security in the Security List -
    BUT -
LBRDA was added and is listed ok.....
LBRDK was added and is not listed in Security List !!!   WEIRD

@PS56k, did you add the series A first? If so, it seems to be a situation where once you add one, you cannot add the others.

I did have a transpoition in original post:

    LBRDK (not LRBDK)
    LBRDA
