Billing Manager not updating new bills.

New ebills are available in my bank's billpay software but do not update in Quicken. Also cant pay bills in program selecting pay thru quicken option.

    If you are trying to make payment using Bill Manager, suggest you select either Quick Pay or Check Pay depending on your biller.  Using Pay seems to generate problems for some reason.  The related YouTube videos can be helpful:

    The delay in bills presentment can vary greatly with different billers.  The amount and due date usually update within a few days but the pdf bill can take several weeks.
