Ameris Bank Business account - can't connect

Initial connection to Ameris Bank (Business account) was successful (had to play around with the order of the 3 factors (company ID, uname and pass) but cannot sign on successfully now (even though Q keeps saying successful) so can't download new transactions. Anyone else having this issue?

    I used the BIB option ... just not sure why it worked initially but can't get it to work again. It looks like I should be using the first option for which there is a monthly fee. With all the time I've spent in just these 3 days trying to figure it out, I'm willing to pay!
