I can't Activate Quicken - from Taiwan

I can't Signing in and Activation Quicken in my new PC

I check file " QuickenAuthorizationLog.txt "

    Today is 9/15 - how does your error file say 9/16 ?
    Basic Q&A - for clarification - we need some details -
    Are you installing this Quicken for the first time,
    or has it been running, or now moved for a re-install on a different PC ?

    Hi @Dong ,

    That's the problem. You are trying to Activate Quicken, when Quicken is already Activated. That's why you need to log into your Quicken Account at : https://www.quicken.com/ My Account and Download Quicken for Windows and use that installer.

    Just make sure to restore the Manual Backup File created from your old computer onto the New Computer. You need to use Quicken in Manual Mode, because it does not work outside the United States of America or Canada for Downloading.

    Have you ever did a Manual Backup file from your old computer?

    Manual Mode = Entering all transactions manually.

    I don`t have any manual backup file,I only have autobackup qdf file

    i always enter transation manual

    As long as you have any version of your Quicken QDF file - you can open that...
