I followed the directions listed to get acct transferred to new number, but must have done something wrong. Now when I try my card does not list my acct number and will not take the new one and doesn't give the option to deactivate, only wants to transfer me to the bank and that fails.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. What bank are you experiencing issues with? It sounds like you did try to deactivate and reactive the accounts already but when reconnecting you're met with an error. What exactly is the error giving you? Depending on the error it will give us an idea of what we can try in order to resolving your error.
