RESOLVED 10/13/2020 Citi Online Biller

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Mac and Windows Users receiving an error when attempting to add or update eBills/Online Bills with Citi.

Customers may receive a warning message about the Citi bill needing attention or the bill has been added but the next due amount is not yet available.
The issue is currently being looked into by our quicken team, however, there is no ETA.
